Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, subscribing, or purchasing from TemplateAllFlix (templateallflix.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

We sell digital templates (Notion, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.) under one-time purchases and recurring subscriptions. Subscriptions grant access to all premium templates during the active billing period.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or exhibit abusive behavior.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Subscriptions are billed via PayPal on a monthly or yearly cycle
• Renewals are automatic unless canceled before the next billing date
• You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or PayPal; access continues until the end of the paid period
• Prices are in USD and may change with 30 days' notice (existing subscriptions honored until renewal)

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. However, we offer refunds in the following cases:

• Duplicate accidental purchase within 7 days (not downloaded)
• Template file is corrupt, broken, or not as described, and we cannot resolve it within 7 days
• Subscription cancellation within 24 hours of the first charge, if no templates were downloaded

Refund requests must be sent to [email protected] with your order ID.

6. License & Usage Rights

Upon purchase (or during active subscription), you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the template for:

• Personal use
• Commercial use within your own business or for your own clients
• Modification and adaptation of the template for your purposes

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the template files (free or paid)
• Include templates in a competing product or template marketplace
• Claim original authorship of the template
• Use templates for unlawful content

7. Intellectual Property

All templates, designs, code, branding, and content on the site remain the property of TemplateAllFlix or its licensors. The license above does not transfer ownership.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal activity
• Attempt to bypass payment or access controls
• Share your account credentials with others
• Scrape, crawl, or automate bulk downloads
• Reverse-engineer our site or API

Violations may result in account termination without refund.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Templates are provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for any particular purpose. You assume responsibility for evaluating templates before deploying them in production environments.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or chargebacks. Upon termination, your license to use templates ends, but you may keep files already downloaded in compliance with the license.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email or site notice at least 30 days before taking effect.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Korea, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction apply.
